- 13 March 2004 - Turned new frame spacers
- October 2003 - Bolted the frame together
- 3rd August 2003 - Cutto length and started drilling the holes in the frame support angles.
- 21st July 2003 - Collected the frames from the Lasercutters. A very nice job done indeed. Will get them to cut some W-Irons once I've measured the frames up properly.
- 16th July 2003 - The laser cutter called and advised costs of the side frames. I've authorsed a set of frames in 5mm mild steel.
- 13th July 2003 - Finished cutting and filing the buffer beams
- 11th July 2003 - Finished entering the frames into CAD. I've decided to to get the frames laser cut.
- 5th July 2003 - Buffer beams ready for seperation and the radii applied to the base.
- 23rd June 2003 - Finished drilling and almost completed the cutting out.
- 22nd June 2003 - Finished marking out the buffer beams and started drilling.
- 20th June 2003 - Didn't wait for the clear bench .. started marking out the buffer beams.
- 24th May 2003 - The metal for the buffer beams has been purchased. But the rest of the metal for the wheels and frames is still on backorder. I'm currently building a couple of 2.5" scale Tallylyn coaches so when I get some clear bench I'll start marking out and cutting the buffer beams.
