Next step is to get the cylinders ready and fitted to the loco.
Nice easy statement that ... first off the studs need to be
fitted to the cylinders and cut to length. 6 studs on each end
and 10 on the top. Loctite them in place. Not a difficult task,
but just tedious mostly due to the number of studs that are
required in the cylinders.
Once the cylinders were complete, they had to be offered up to
the frames and the holes check to make sure that they lined up
with the cylinders. A couple of the holes had to be eased
slightly to get the cylinders bolted on.
